The world’s most celebrated thriller writer returns with his most stunning novel yet—a propulsive, twisty, thought-provoking masterpiece that will entertain readers as only Dan Brown can do.
Robert Langdon, esteemed professor of symbology, travels to Prague to attend a groundbreaking lecture by Katherine Solomon—a prominent noetic scientist with whom he has recently begun a relationship. Katherine is on the verge of publishing an explosive book that contains startling discoveries about the nature of human consciousness and threatens to disrupt centuries of established belief. But a brutal murder catapults the trip into chaos, and Katherine suddenly disappears along with her manuscript. Langdon finds himself targeted by a powerful organization and hunted by a chilling assailant sprung from Prague’s most ancient mythology. As the plot expands into London and New York, Langdon desperately searches for Katherine . . . and for answers. In a thrilling race through the dual worlds of futuristic science and mystical lore, he uncovers a shocking truth about a secret project that will forever change the way we think about the human mind.

I haven’t read the book yet. But knowing Dan Brown’s work and writings I know I will enjoy it. What surprises me here is that people is reviewing and give bad feedback because of the “book appearance”?!!! Who cares if the book looks great or comes rip off? The meaning of the review is about author and the history. Also, who cares if Dan Brown is atheist or Christian or even religious. His writings is about medieval history and hidden secrets. Which is true and fascinating. Dan Brown stirs polemic topics which lots of people prefer to “ignore”. And this is one of the reasons he became one of my favorite authors. He brings up the “corporate/ profitable” side of the churches and the reason secrets are help tightly.
One of my favorite authors for years, since i first read his book "Da Vinci code" and since then, read all his books. I had to read this immediately and it still matches the same style and awe of his previous books. Langdon is still traversing the globe and dealing with adventures based on history and science. Great read and glad to see his character is still kicking it!
You might not think it possible, but Dan Brown was initially a failed musician and a failed writer. Hardly anyone wanted to buy his records and his books sat on the shelves like lead. But perseverance, hard work and creativity paid off and the result was called "The Da Vinci Code". Since then, Brown has been one of the most successful writers of our time and we can assume that "The Secret of Secrets" will also become another bestseller.Once again, the story centres on Harvard professor Robert Langdon and this time Brown has moved the action to Prague. Langdon is actually only accompanying a friend and she is giving a sensational lecture - the next morning, however, the romantic scientific excursion to the beautiful city turns into a nerve-wracking thriller. As is often the case with Brown, everything happens in the space of a single day. And because he follows clues, he once again gets to the bottom of an extensive conspiracy. Along the way, of course, you learn a lot about the Golden City and its history. Some things are a bit over the top for me. I can't really go into details without giving anything away. But here and there it could have been a little smaller. Nevertheless, it is a very exciting book and I enjoyed reading it from the first to the last page. It is also excellently written, even if the scientific background is sometimes not immediately understandable on first reading - and in my view not always scientifically tenable. But it is also an interesting thought experiment and definitely worth looking into. But again, it is a great book and I am quite sure it will be one of the most successful books of the year.(Sorry for my English, not a native speaker, German.)
All of Johnathan's books are a must read. Important information we need at this time. The world needs to take this to heart and make a change for the better, especially our politicians and those working in government. We are all in a war and we can all take a stand for what is right regardless of how little you feel and it can and will make a difference. Jesus will be holding us all accountable and the day is almost here. God bless.
I've read all of Jonathan Cahn's books and have been shaken by the spiritual truths, historical realities, and supernatural power expressed in prophetical words the whole world and each person needs. Eyes opened, heart broken, spirit revived, and soul bowed, I can only hope, pray, cry, and share that this book is needed now because Yeshua Jesus is needed like never before in America. Revival is not just a choice; Revival is a NECESSITY in 2025 and beyond until that FINAL TRUMPET sounds. This book asks the final question - Yeshua Jesus salvation or Satan's gods of everlasting hell? Which will YOU choose...
