"Rants for Rachel" is a 'rant collection' of my private journal entries taken from my bigger book, "Excerpts of a Mental Illness Life". This book is specifically dedicated to Rachel, and includes lots of humor, hardships, stressful rants, heavy cursing, and overall wacky disgruntledness at life and its absurdities; hopefully in-turn causing encouragement towards existence.
