Lisa Combs Otto is a mother of 2 adult children, Alec and Marissa. She is a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC) in the state of Ohio, as well as a licensed school counselor. Lisa works as a middle school therapist for 5th and 6th grade students. Lisa has also deepened her yoga and meditation practice by becoming a 500-hr. certified yoga teacher, and a master level reiki practitioner. The practice of yoga has changed her life. It has allowed her to heal from physical, emotional and relationship trauma. Yoga is also where the poetry started to flow. Poetry and yoga have been, and still are, a huge part of her healing journey and her personal evolution.
