Broom-Tastrophe

The big night is here. It's Halloween, and Witch One is set to be crowned Queen of the Ball. But goshnagit and snarl! Wouldn't you know it? Her eye starts to twitch, and it just won't stop. Now she can't fly her broom! How will Witch One get to the ball? Witch Two tries to help her but to no avail. And one of the brooms isn't cooperating! Will the highly distraught Witch One make it to the ball for her big night, or will her big night turn into a big letdown?
